Ashley
Orthodontic Technician
Ashley has been in the dental field since 2014 and has worked alongside Dr Nic since 2017. She chose a career in orthodontics because she likes the combination of art and engineering, but she is most passionate about helping make a difference in people's lives.
In her spare time she can be found practicing yoga, reading, blogging, and spending time with her husband, three children, her dog Ziggy, and her two cats, Guinan and Wesley.
Reyna
Patient Coordinator
Reyna and Dr. Nic have worked side by side since 2014. Over the years she has gained experience in many areas of dentistry.
Reyna is passionate about helping our patients. She loves being able to guide them through the different steps of their treatment. Her favorite part, however, is seeing the transformation of their smile. Reyna resides in Lancaster with her two children with whom she also loves to travel and cook. She makes an amazing shrimp alfredo!
Heather
Heather has been in the dental field since 2009. After taking a few years off to open a restaurant, she's now back in orthodontics, doing what she truly loves. She admits it sounds cliché, but the look on a patient's face when they see the final results of their treatment is the reason why she enjoys working in this field.
Heather is married to her best friend and has a 25-year-old son who keeps her on her toes, claiming he is the sole reason for her gray hairs. Additionally, she shares her home with two pitbulls, Stormi and Ryder, who hold her whole heart. Heather is also a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan!
Marie
Marie has been in the dental field and working alongside Dr. Nic since 2019. She chose a career in orthodontics because she enjoys giving people confidence in their smiles and making them happy. Marie feels that seeing a
patient’s journey is "the absolute best!"
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking for her friends and family. She is a mother of six beautiful children and a cat named Leo. Marie takes pleasure in becoming a part of people's life through her work in jewelry as well.
